Over the past 20 years, he has received numerous awards and recognitions for his contributions and achievements.

Russ began his real estate career in the 1990s, starting with a small mortgage brokerage before transitioning to a large retail bank. As a mortgage broker, Russ works for his clients rather than for the lender, allowing him to prioritize each borrower's needs and collaborate with a variety of lenders to find tailored solutions for every situation.

Russ is married and cherishes spending time and creating joyful moments with his family.
